1. What is included in the monthly POS fee?

The POS Software plan (CHF 49/month) includes product, inventory and customer management, discounts & coupons, statistics, data export, table service mode, cloud access and support.

2. Is hardware included?

Hardware is included in the POS + Payments plan (CHF 99/month): POS hardware, a receipt printer and a mobile payment terminal. With the POS Software plan, you use your existing hardware or add equipment separately.

3. Can I buy or rent a payment terminal?

Yes. You can buy a terminal outright or rent one – from CHF 9.90/month for the Mobile Terminal and from CHF 19.90/month for the Mobile Terminal + Printer. Terminal rental agreements have a minimum term of 36 months.

4. Are transaction fees included in the monthly subscription?

No. Payment processing is charged separately, starting from 1.10%. Fees are deducted automatically during settlement, so they never appear as a surprise on your subscription invoice.

5. How are payment processing rates calculated?

Your rate depends on the card types your customers use, your monthly processing volume and your business profile. Contact our team to get your exact rate.

6. Can I use Sitto at multiple locations?

Yes. The Tailored Business Setup covers multiple locations and terminals, with configuration and payment rates tailored to your business.

7. Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

Terminals are delivered by courier and activated and configured by Sitto. On-site delivery and installation is available for an additional fee. Onboarding and configuration are included in the Tailored Business Setup.

8. Can I switch plans later?

Yes. As your business evolves, our team will help you move to the setup that fits – just get in touch.

9. Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. With annual billing for your POS software, you save two months compared with paying monthly.
